xTool P3 – Intelligent 80 W CO₂ laser cutter for maximum precision and automation

The xTool P3 brings industrial laser power to the workshop table – combined with the highest safety and impressive automation. Thanks to state-of-the-art sensors, dual cameras, and intelligent focus control, the machine handles almost every work step independently. Simply load the material, select the design, and start – professional engraving and cutting can be that easy.

Precision meets automation

With its 80 W CO₂ laser, the xTool P3 cuts and engraves over 300 materials – from wood, acrylic, and leather to glass, stone, and special plastics. Optionally, a 5 W IR module can be added to also refine metals and delicate materials with fine engraving.

The generous work area of 915 × 458 mm provides ample space for larger projects or series work. The AutoLift base additionally allows a vertical processing height of up to 220 mm, so tall or irregularly shaped objects can be processed without problems.

Intelligent sensors & automation

The xTool P3 uses an advanced system of dual cameras (16 MP SkyView and detail camera) as well as LiDAR sensors to automatically recognize materials, set focus, and precisely adjust the layout.

The integrated Automated Creation System (ACS) combines camera, distance, and motion sensors to automate the entire work process – from material recognition to optimal positioning. This reduces error rates, minimizes setup times, and significantly increases productivity.

The intelligent material optimization ensures a material utilization of up to 98.7%, practically eliminating waste.

Extended capabilities

With the MagSwap RA3 rotation module, cylindrical objects such as bottles, glasses, or cups can be engraved all around. Thanks to tool-free switching between flat and round engraving, you remain maximally flexible.

The optional S-, M-, and L-focal length lenses also allow adaptation to different material thicknesses and engraving depths – perfect for precise results in every application.

Safety & Air Quality

The P3 is certified according to Laser Class 1 and equipped with a multi-stage safety system. Eight flame sensors, temperature sensors, and an additional monitoring camera provide continuous control during operation.

If overheating occurs despite all protective measures, the integrated 0.6-liter CO₂ extinguishing cylinder automatically activates the fire extinguishing mechanism.

The optional SafetyPro AP2 Max air purifier with seven filter layers and an air throughput of 700 m³/h ensures a clean working environment by reliably removing smoke, odors, and vapors.
