Ruthex Soldering Tip Set for Threaded Inserts – M2 to M8 + UNC
The Ruthex soldering tips are specially designed for the easy and precise insertion of Ruthex threaded inserts into 3D printed parts. Suitable for common soldering stations, they allow secure processing without damaging the surface.
Features & Benefits
- Easy handling: Thanks to the thread in the adapter, the soldering tips can be quickly changed without completely disassembling the soldering iron.
- Gentle on 3D parts: Optimized geometry prevents surface damage when inserting the inserts.
- Compatible: For 900M and T18 soldering tip formats – suitable for brands like Hakko, SREMTCH, LONOVO, RHAEGON, WaxRhyed, and others.
- Universal: Set covers M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6, M8 as well as UNC sizes (#2-56, #4-40, #8-32, #10-24, 1/4").
- Optimal temperature control: Insertion recommended at 10–15 °C above the hotend temperature of the filament used.
