The Zortrax Z-PEI 9085 is a technical high-performance filament based on ULTEM™ 9085 Resin. It combines enormous mechanical strength, excellent heat resistance, and certified flame retardancy. This makes it perfect for demanding applications in the aerospace, automotive, and railway industries.

• Excellent strength-to-weight ratio – comparable to Aluminum 6061
• Heat resistant up to 167 °C, remains dimensionally stable under high temperatures
• Flame retardant according to UL 94 V-0, very low smoke and toxicity values (FST)
• Certified according to FAR 25.853 for use in aviation
• Very low outgassing – ideal for sensitive applications
