Threaded inserts for your 3D printed parts

The ruthex threaded nuts can be subsequently inserted into parts of 3D printers, such as those from Anycubic, Creality, or Prusa, using heat or ultrasound. Through the heat of a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-fit nuts are simply embedded into a blind or through hole.

Firm hold with easy handling

Thanks to the geometry of the threaded sleeve, it holds firmly in the printed part. The opposing spiral knurled nuts provide a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as high clamping force. The guide significantly facilitates insertion.

Stable & durable threads

The inserts with internal thread are made of high-quality brass, which ensures optimal corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to handle. The reusability of the screw threads is also possible by carefully removing them from the printed part when no longer needed.

Suitable for various plastics

The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics. The knurled nuts hold, for example, in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP, and many other materials. Once the plastic of the part cools around the brass sleeve and hardens again, the internal threaded sleeve is firmly anchored.

The ruthex threaded insert set RX-M4x8.1 consists of 50 press-in nuts with M4 internal thread and a length of 8.1 mm. The threaded sleeves can be embedded using ultrasound and heat.
