• The material undergoes an ultrasonic cleaning process, followed by further cleaning and protection against surface oxidation.
• The nozzle is shaped with millimeter precision, with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm.
• Sharp edges are removed to prevent clogging and to optimally prepare the nozzle for use.
• Each batch undergoes a final inspection and the nozzles are individually packed in a protective box.

Recommendations for Best Results

For optimal print quality, we recommend realigning the build plate after changing the nozzle. Please note that a PrimaCreator nozzle may be compatible with your printer, but the distance between the nozzle and the build plate needs to be adjusted.
