The RAISE3D PRO2 V3H nozzle is made from a high-quality 360 brass base material and is coated with a TwinClad XT coating. This special nickel composite coating is designed to ensure extremely low friction.
Advantages of the TwinClad XT coating
The TwinClad XT coating offers numerous advantages:
- Very low coefficient of friction – better than nickel with PTFE co-deposit
- High hardness and abrasion resistance
- Increased nozzle lifespan when using abrasive materials
If you work with abrasive materials such as carbon fiber, stainless steel, wood-filled, or other metal-filled filaments, this nozzle will significantly improve your print results and extend the lifespan of your nozzle.
