PrimaCreator premium hardened nozzles are a crucial component for high-quality 3D printing results. Like a sharp pencil, a precise nozzle is essential to achieve excellent print quality.

High-quality workmanship

All PrimaCreator nozzles are made of high-quality brass or steel and are manufactured in a modern factory. With a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm, they guarantee a uniform and clear filament surface during extrusion, leading to better print results.

After manufacturing, the nozzles undergo an ultrasonic cleaning bath and are then cleaned again and protected against surface oxidation. This ensures millimeter-precise shape and a smooth surface that minimizes the risk of clogging.

Sizes

• 0 = 0.20 mm
• 3 = 0.40 mm
• 4 = 0.60 mm
• 5 = 0.80 mm

Recommendations

For optimal print quality, we recommend realigning the build plate after changing the nozzle. Please note that a PrimaCreator nozzle may be compatible with your printer, but the distance between the nozzle and the build plate needs to be adjusted.

Compatibility

The PrimaCreator hardened nozzle fits the following printer models:

• Creality Ender-3 KE
• Creality CR-10 SE
• Older versions of Creality K1 & K1 Max

Please check the serial number of your K1 and K1 Max. If it ends with 23, the nozzle fits. If it ends with 24, the nozzle does not fit.
