PolyCast™ from Polymaker is a special filament specifically developed for investment casting. It enables the direct production of casting patterns via 3D printing, significantly reducing tooling costs and production time.

Recommended Printing Parameters

• Nozzle temperature: 190 – 220 °C
• Printing speed: 40 – 60 mm/s
• Heated bed: 25 – 70 °C
• Print surface: Glass with glue or blue tape
• Cooling: Fan ON
• Tip: Use of the PolyBox™ for storage recommended
