Super abrasion resistance

The use of world-leading ultra-high hardness tungsten carbide (hardness > 2700Hv, up to 2900Hv) ensures super abrasion resistance, enabling long-term printing without wear of the nozzle hole and nozzle surface.

High temperature resistance

The nozzle is made of tungsten carbide and a copper alloy with super hardness and excellent conductivity. The maximum printing temperature can reach up to 550℃.

Low printing effort

The tungsten carbide nozzle with a purity of over 99.98% and excellent thermal properties ensures a uniform temperature on the nozzle surface during printing, guaranteeing stable extrusion.
