Silicon Carbide Nozzle

The Silicon Carbide Nozzle meets all printing requirements, whether you work with standard PLA, PEEK, or even carbon fiber reinforced materials. Made from 99.9% high-purity silicon carbide, the nozzle offers high temperature resistance and exceptional wear resistance. This ensures a long service life of up to 550 printing hours without wear on the nozzle opening or tip.

The flat nozzle tip made of 99.9% high-purity silicon carbide provides high thermal conductivity, which increases the efficiency of the nozzle heater and thus enables fast printing. The special rivet assembly of the silicon carbide tip ensures a stable and reliable connection. The entire nozzle body design provides high strength and prevents breakage. Furthermore, the entire nozzle is coated with a DLC coating, whose surface friction coefficient is only 0.05, allowing clean printing without plastic adhesion. The high precision of the nozzle machining ensures a bore dimension tolerance of 0.01 mm with a concentricity of 0.02 mm.
