The Conch Hotend™ is designed to provide long-lasting performance and user-friendliness. It is specifically engineered for seamless use with Bambu Lab X1 and P1 printers. With a flow rate of up to 35 mm³/s, it enables efficient extrusion for both standard and composite materials.

Technical details
The hotend nozzle is equipped with an EndCoat™ nozzle, which has a hardness of HV3300 and lasts up to 2.5 times longer than a hardened steel nozzle. The titanium alloy heatbreak provides excellent thermal management, while the copper-coated heating block helps maintain stable heat throughout the hotend.

Thanks to the robust kinematic coupling system, the Conch Hotend™ minimizes damage from impacts and reduces the need for frequent maintenance. It is a solid upgrade for anyone looking to improve the performance of their Bambu Lab printer.
Important notes
Please note: This hotend does not include a heating cartridge or thermistor. Additionally, the Conch Hotend™ is a fully integrated system, meaning the nozzle cannot be replaced individually.
Material compatibility
The Conch Hotend™ is compatible with common 3D printing materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU. It is also suitable for advanced composite filaments like carbon fiber (CF), glass fiber (GF), steel, and wood.
