MICRO SWISS NOZZLE FOR ULTIMAKER 2+

The MICRO SWISS nozzle is a high-quality RepRap nozzle made from a 360 brass base material and coated with TwinClad XT. This special nickel composite coating is designed to ensure extremely low friction. It offers one of the lowest coefficients of friction, surpassing conventional nickel coatings with PTFE co-deposit. Additionally, the coating is very hard and wear-resistant, significantly extending the lifespan of your nozzle, especially when working with abrasive materials such as carbon fiber, stainless steel, wood-filled, or other metal-filled filaments.

  • Available nozzle opening sizes: 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm
