The Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga was developed to pick up where other 3D printers reach their limits. With a gigantic build volume of 800 × 800 × 1000 mm, intelligent multi-nozzle function, and a powerful heating and cooling unit, it is the ideal choice for industrial applications, prototyping, model making, or large-scale series production.


Industrial build volume for large projects without compromise

Thanks to its enormous print volume, even oversized models can be produced in one piece – without tedious segmenting or post-processing. Batch printing of multiple identical parts in one run is also easily possible, drastically reducing production times and making workflows more efficient.


More colors, more parts – simultaneous printing with Multinozzle

With up to four active print heads on the X axis, the OrangeStorm Giga enables simultaneous printing of multiple models. Whether identical parts, different colors, or complex multicolor projects: the intelligent nozzle control maximizes your throughput – without compromising print quality.


Power meets control – well-thought-out heating and cooling system

The modular heated bed consists of four separately controllable zones with a PEI surface. These reach 100 °C in just 17 minutes and can be controlled automatically or manually – for targeted energy savings with full functionality. The process is supported by an intelligent cooling system with speed-controlled ball bearing fans, ensuring optimal layer cooling and minimal noise levels.


Speed meets precision

The integrated quad-core processor with 1.5 GHz clock speed delivers up to 300 mm/s printing speed – with a recommended 150 mm/s for highest detail accuracy. This enables six times higher productivity than conventional desktop FDM printers – while maintaining flawless surfaces.


Robust design for maximum durability

The design of the OrangeStorm Giga impresses with a stable all-metal frame structure and linear guides on the X and Y axes for absolute precision. The Z axis is equipped with reinforced trapezoidal screws and automatic leveling. Rubberized feet with steel cores provide additional vibration damping and a firm stand, even with massive components.


High-performance nozzle for precise extrusion

The included 0.6 mm nozzle is made of chrome-zirconium reinforced copper, supported by a 60-watt ceramic heating element and a dual-guided titanium extrusion. Optional nozzles (0.4 mm to 1 mm) are available depending on the desired level of detail and throughput. An integrated acceleration sensor provides automatic resonance compensation, while the PID temperature management delivers consistently stable results.
