1. Maximum Temperature:

   • 400°C/500°C, depending on the heating cartridge used.
   • Optimal for high-temperature filaments like PEEK and PEI.

2. Material Compatibility:

   • PEEK, PEI, and other demanding engineering plastics.

3. HTX Nozzles:

   • Hardened steel nozzles with copper segment for improved heat transfer.
   • Coated with chromium nitride for maximum abrasion resistance.

   • HT Block (High Temperature Heating Block).
   • PT1000 or PT100 temperature sensor.
   • High-Precision (HT) or Ultra High Temperature (UHT) heating cartridge.

Notes

• Not compatible with V6 heater blocks.
• An amplifier board may be required for PT100.
• Z-offset should be adjusted after nozzle change.
• Recommendation: Do not use abrasive materials with 0.25mm nozzles, as this increases the risk of clogging.
