E3D RapidChange Revo High Flow High Temp Abrasive (HF HT-A) nozzles are the ideal choice for high-temperature and high-flow printing with abrasive filaments. Thanks to robust materials and optimized heat transfer, they deliver reliable results even under extreme conditions up to 500 °C.

Features & Benefits:

The HF HT-A nozzles combine a hardened steel nozzle with a copper carrier and distributor, achieving excellent heat transfer. The chromium nitride coating additionally protects against abrasion, corrosion, and filament sticking. The High Flow design significantly increases the melt rate – perfect for large-volume or fast prints with technical materials.

Compatibility:

Compatible with E3D RapidChange Revo Hotends. The nozzles have the same design as standard Revo nozzles, so no adjustments to the fan duct or mount are required. Note: Limited to 300 °C with 40W and 60W HeaterCores. For up to 500 °C, a Revo High Temp Hotside Kit is required. Not compatible with V6 HeaterBlocks.
