Purpose & compatibility

The retention springs are specifically designed for use with the Revo HeaterCore. They attach on one side to the HeaterCore and connect on the other side to any Revo-compatible cold part, such as the Revo Micro, Revo Six, or Revo Hemera. This design ensures a secure connection and excellent heat conductivity. Please note that they are not compatible with older V6-style heaters but are fully supported within the Revo family.

Preservation of thermal performance

By firmly securing the HeaterCore and applying pressure to the nozzle, the springs provide the necessary thermal interface required for efficient heating. This ensures consistent extrusion and reduces the risk of hotend performance degradation.

User-friendliness & reliability

The springs are designed for quick and tool-free installation. A spring can be attached or replaced in seconds, making them ideal for routine maintenance or emergency swaps. The triple pack provides redundancy, so you are always prepared if a spring breaks or wears out.
