RapidChange Revo™ ObXidian Nozzle

The ObXidian nozzle offers wear resistance that is many times higher than any other E3D nozzle. It is significantly harder than the Nozzle X and any other generic hardened steel nozzle. This is achieved by combining a tool steel insert with an E3DLC™ coating. This specially formulated coating also gives the nozzle non-stick properties, meaning significantly less plastic accumulates around the nozzle.

Experiment freely

Thanks to the easy nozzle swap, you can experiment with different nozzles for different applications. Swap your Revo brass nozzles between prints for an ObXidian nozzle to discover the joy of printing with fiber-filled materials.

Frustration-free

Each Revo nozzle is a pre-assembled nozzle and HeatBreak in one, so no dangerous hot tightening is required and there is no risk of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating hotend leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing!

Quick identification

Identify nozzle sizes at a glance thanks to a color-coded silicone sleeve. Additionally, each Revo nozzle is engraved with its size in easy-to-read numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn!

Please note:

• Revo™ nozzles are not compatible with V6 heater blocks.
• You may need to adjust your Z-offset when changing nozzles.
• We do not recommend using abrasive materials with 0.25 mm nozzles. Particle sizes, especially with fibers, can often be larger than 0.25 mm, which significantly increases the risk of nozzle clogging. However, 0.25 mm nozzles benefit from the reduced adhesion properties of the E3DLC coating.
