Ready for Revo. Change nozzles easily at room temperature with your fingers. No complicated tools and no hot tightening required. The Revo nozzles are a factory-sealed nozzle and heat break in one, which makes assembly easier and prevents material leakage during operation.

Latest Technology

Revo HeaterCore heats up in seconds. It is also safer – unlike other solutions on the market, the Revo HeaterCore cannot melt at extreme temperatures due to a positive temperature coefficient (PTC): power decreases as temperature rises, reducing hazards in case of thermal runaway.

Optimal Filament Path

Hemera combines extruder and hotend, resulting in fewer transitions than most extrusion systems on the market. A tight filament path ensures excellent performance with difficult-to-print materials, such as flexible filaments. Even with the softest flexible materials, you can print without under-extrusion or filament jams.

Wear Resistance

Hemera features stainless steel teeth that are wear-resistant. With the right combination of components, your Hemera can effortlessly 3D print advanced abrasive and composite materials, such as carbon fiber-filled filaments, for serious industrial applications. (Note: Wear-resistant Revo nozzle required – ETA 2022)

Optimized Airflow

The lightweight aluminum heat sink of Hemera provides highly effective cooling. Air circulates through the fins and is then removed from the 3D print to prevent unintended deformation of the printed part.

No Torque Loss

Hemera’s 3.32:1 dual-drive gears apply up to 120N of pressure on your filament from both sides, for precise, controlled extrusion without torque loss. Sharp, individually machined hob teeth ensure excellent filament grip strength, and rounded profiles help reduce filament debris buildup, for high-quality, consistent extrusion from the first to the last layer.

E3D Quality

Every Hemera drivetrain includes protected bearings and high-quality igus® bushings for optimal wear resistance. Lubrication is precisely applied by robots during assembly, and the drivetrains undergo thorough accelerated wear testing to ensure your Hemera has many years of 3D printing life.

Mounting Options

Hemera’s custom motor end caps provide convenient T-slots for flat mounting on many popular 3D printers and leave enough space for other accessories, such as bed leveling probes or additional cooling fans.

Flexible for Any Setup

Hemera is compatible with Bowden and direct drive setups. Simply add a Bowden adapter (sold separately), and your Hemera becomes a powerful Bowden filament drive.

Important Notes

• This system remains fully compatible with the Hemera HeatBreak, V6, Volcano, and SuperVolcano heater blocks.
• You may need to adjust your Z-offset when changing nozzles.
