Outstanding material technology

The core is a Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tip: thousands of tiny diamond crystals bonded by a proprietary binder create a hard but less brittle structure than a single crystal diamond. It is not a coating but a solid diamond insert – the hardest material solution for nozzles.
