DiamondBack K1 Compatible Nozzle
The DiamondBack Science Team has been developing first-class diamond products for the energy industry for over 40 years. Recently, the team developed a proprietary polycrystalline diamond (PCD) nozzle for 3D printing that can handle even the most challenging applications! This nozzle is easier to clean, reduces nozzle clogging, improves layer adhesion, features a solid diamond tip, is compatible with all filaments, has a longer lifespan, lowers operating temperature, and offers unmatched wear resistance!
Precise printing
The DiamondBack nozzles are based on a solid diamond tip that improves precision in 3D printing. The tip is not a diamond coating but a solid diamond substrate made of polycrystalline diamond. Diamond is not only the hardest material in the world but also offers first-class thermal conductivity. This enables efficient heat transfer from the hotend through the nozzle into the filament, ensuring more precise printing and better layer adhesion with every print!
Suitable for every filament
DiamondBack uses a proprietary and patented diamond technology. This groundbreaking technology allows 3D printers to print any filament with the same nozzle. A DiamondBack nozzle can easily print standard PLA and ABS filaments as well as highly abrasive, carbon fiber-infused filaments without needing to change the nozzle! Additionally, printing with PLA-copper, -iron, and -carbon fiber is possible!
Longer lifespan
The polycrystalline diamond (PCD) used in every DiamondBack nozzle significantly extends the nozzle's lifespan. The extreme hardness, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity of this unique material make it the ideal solution for 3D printing. It offers high thermal conductivity, a low coefficient of friction, and high fracture toughness. This extends the lifespan of tools in other industries by 2 to 8 times compared to tungsten carbide and other hard metals!
Technical specifications
It is recommended that users of the DiamondBack nozzle follow the operating instructions of the respective 3D printer manufacturers and filament suppliers. The temperatures of the DiamondBack nozzle should not exceed 300 degrees Celsius.
