Unlike its predecessors, the Falcon 2 is equipped with an integrated air assist system. You can manually adjust the airflow via a controller or automatically control it through LightBurn to remove smoke and protect the laser lenses. This ensures a cleaner result.

Triple monitoring systems

Processing workpieces with a powerful laser requires special safety precautions. The Falcon 2 offers three monitoring technologies:

• Airflow monitoring: Warns the user if the airflow is insufficient.
• Lens monitoring: An integrated system detects when the lens is dirty and triggers an alarm.
• Flame monitoring: When a flame forms, the indicator flashes red and the laser stops immediately.

Five Safety Precautions

• 1. Bidirectional Limit Switch: Automatically stops the machine and sounds an alarm when the laser head reaches the boundary.
• 2. Active Stop Function: Stops the machine with an alarm if it tips or falls accidentally.
• 3. Safety Lock: For professional use only.
• 4. Emergency Stop Button: Allows immediate stopping of the machine in an emergency.
