The Creality Filament System (CFS) is an advanced solution for managing and storing filaments for 3D printing, ideal for complex and multicolor projects. It supports multiple functions that optimize printing and ensure filament quality even during extended storage. Here is a detailed overview:

Main Features

1. 16-Color Support for Creative Variety:

   • CFS can manage up to four filaments simultaneously, offering the possibility for multicolor and multimaterial 3D prints. It automatically switches between spools, saving time and material.

2. Breakable Support Materials:

   • The feature for easily removable support materials allows for clean post-processing. Optionally, water-soluble support materials can be used, so the final result is free of support marks.

3. Automatic Filament Detection and Switching:

   • With an RFID tag reader, the system automatically detects the type, color, and settings of the loaded filament. It can also smoothly switch to a new spool when one is nearly empty, improving efficiency and material flow.

4. Monitoring of Filament Conditions:

   • The system has sensors that monitor filament status and immediately send a warning in case of issues like tangling or running out. Additionally, the system displays temperature and humidity in real time to ensure the filament is not affected by moisture.

5. Moisture-Protected Storage:

   • Through an airtight design with desiccants, it prevents moisture from affecting the filament. This is especially important for materials like PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, and PA-CF, which are sensitive to moisture.

6. Technical Specifications and Compatibility:

   • Supported filaments: PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, PET, PA-CF, PLA-CF with a filament diameter of 1.75 ± 0.05 mm.
   • Not compatible with flexible filaments like TPU95A or moist BVOH/PVA filaments.
   • Supports 1-kg spools with a diameter of 197-202 mm and a width of 42-68 mm.
   • Power consumption is 20 W at DC 24 V.
