Advantages of Bondtech CHT™ technology

The Bondtech CHT™ nozzles split the filament into three thinner strands, melting the material from the inside. This causes the material to melt faster and allows for higher flow rates.

Core Heating - a patented technology

Registration number: EP3445568A1. These nozzles for 3D printers are made of metal and feature one or more holes to increase the heating wall surface.

Advantages of the nickel coating

A nickel coating is applied to our coated brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel-coated nozzles have higher corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction, allowing smoother material feeding and delaying the adhesion of plastic to the nozzle surface.

Different nozzle sets for different materials

We recommend having multiple nozzle sets because:

• Using different materials with the same nozzles leads to deposits inside the nozzle.
• These deposits can cause blockages.
• We recommend changing the nozzles when switching materials.
