BASF's Ultrafuse TPU 85A builds on decades of experience in developing flexible materials. This material is based on the proven thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan and stands for maximum reliability, consistent product quality, and cost efficiency. With its excellent abrasion resistance, Ultrafuse TPU 85A is an excellent choice for applications requiring high wear resistance. Parts printed with this material feature high elongation at break, great layer adhesion, and good resistance to oils and industrial chemicals.

• Nozzle temperature: 210-230°C
• Bed temperature: 40 °C
• Build chamber temperature: Passively heated, enclosed chamber
• Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4 mm
• Bed modification: Adheres to various print bed types (glass preferred)
• Printing speed: 15-40 mm/s
