Optimized ABS for professional applications

ABS is considered a versatile standard plastic but was often difficult to print. With Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+, BASF has developed a material that is easy to process, delivers stable results, and is suitable for both functional prototypes and durable end products.

• Printing temperature: 240–260 °C
• Heated bed: 100–120 °C (on glass)
• Printing speed: 40–80 mm/s
• Fan: 0–25 %
• Layer height: 0.1–0.2 mm
