The CarbonX Peek+CF20 is a technical filament based on PEEK, enriched with 20% carbon fibers. This combination results in exceptional material strength, heat-resistant properties, and excellent chemical resistance. Ideal for demanding industrial applications where PEEK is often the first choice.

Technical performance & applications

With CarbonX Peek+CF20, you produce highly durable parts that withstand temperatures above 120 °C. The filament remains dimensionally stable and can be used in demanding environments – such as aerospace, mechanical engineering, or medical applications. Additionally, the carbon fiber reinforcement provides increased stiffness and reduces warping during printing.

Printing characteristics of the high-end filament

• Recommended printing temperature: 360–400 °C

• Heated bed required at approx. 120 °C, ideally with a closed chamber
