PrimaCreator nozzles are made from high-quality brass or steel and manufactured in a modern factory. Each nozzle is produced with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm, resulting in a smooth and clear surface during extrusion, thereby improving print quality.

• The material first goes through an ultrasonic cleaning bath and is then cleaned again and protected against surface oxidation.
• The nozzle is shaped with millimeter precision, with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm.
• Removing sharp edges is an important step to prevent clogs. Each nozzle is checked for surface quality before packaging.

Recommendations for optimal print quality

To achieve the best results, we recommend realigning the build plate after changing the nozzle. Note that a PrimaCreator nozzle may be compatible with your printer, but the distance between the nozzle and the build plate needs to be adjusted.
