Super abrasion resistance

The use of ultra-hard tungsten carbide (hardness > 2700Hv, up to 2900Hv) provides exceptional abrasion resistance, ensuring long-term printing without wear on the nozzle opening and nozzle surface.

High temperature resistance

The nozzle is made of tungsten carbide and a copper alloy with outstanding hardness and excellent conductivity. The maximum printing temperature can reach up to 550℃.

Low printing effort

The Tungsten Carbide Nozzle with a purity of over 99.98% and excellent thermal properties ensures an even temperature at the nozzle opening during printing, guaranteeing stable extrusion.

Faster extrusion speed
