ABS-Like Resin – technical stability with "plastic feel"

ABS-Like Resin mimics the behavior of classic thermoplastics and combines stiffness with solid toughness. It is ideal for functional components, fixtures, and snap connections where Standard Resin reaches its limits.

Advantages

  • Higher impact toughness and elongation at break than Standard Resin
  • Good screwing, drilling, and bonding behavior
  • Dimensionally stable after proper post-curing

Typical applications

  • Functional prototypes, housing parts, clips, and holders
  • Mechanically stressed models and spare parts

Compatibility & notes

For LCD/MSLA printers (405 nm). Ensure thorough washing and complete post-curing to achieve final strength and dimensional accuracy.

FAQ

ABS-Like vs. Tough?
ABS-Like = balanced stiff/tough; Tough = maximum impact resistance. For high impacts, rather Tough.

Painting and bonding processes?
Very well paintable with suitable primer; superglue or 2K adhesive work reliably.

Temperature resistance?
Higher than Standard Resin, but below High-Temp Resin.
